PERSONAL GUARANTEE
1. The dog’s new home will be comfortable, and he/she will be treated as a member of the
family.
2. Dog will be under control of the new Owner at all times. He/she will not be allowed to
roam the neighborhood unless he/she is on leash. He/she will not be permitted to raid
neighborhood trashcans, chase cars, or get into other mischief.
3. This dog is NOT a yard ornament. He/she will NOT be placed within the confines of a
fence and ignored, except when fed. Bored dogs (like children) are a nuisance to their
owner and the neighborhood in which they live, as they tend to bark for attention.
Highly intelligent dogs, which become bored, may also be destructive.
4. I commit to providing the dog with training. A trained dog is a good dog.
5. Said dog will be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper and Parvo in accordance with AVMA
recommendations.
6. IF AT ANY TIME YOU ARE UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO CARE FOR THIS DOG
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONTACT BREEDER IMMEDIATELY FOR RETURN
TO SAID BREEDER!
I represent that the above information is true to the best of my knowledge. Furthermore, I
recognize that the above information is given to induce owner to sell me a German Shepherd
puppy. Any and all misrepresentation is grounds for termination of contract. I authorize Owner
to make such investigation as he/she sees fit.
