Roanwood German Shepherds is dedicated to preserving the working line German Shepherd Dog.

We are based in Carlisle, Arkansas.

Roanwood German Shepherds is dedicated to producing excellent representatives of the breed, puppies who have good drives, are environmentally stable, structurally correct, nice pigment, and excellent workability. We actively train and title our dogs. Our dogs are driven, powerful, athletic, highly intelligent, and have a strong willingness to please their handler. We strive to make sure every owner has the ability to get the very best out of their puppy.

We are based in Arkansas and each litter produced is carefully selected to combine the best genes for the dogs intended use. We place puppies in homes by temperament testing each puppy to determine drive and workability. We strive to produce puppies best suited for sport, protection, working dogs but also thrive in active companion homes.
